We are having a Ironman workshop at The Sports Science Institute of South Africa, in Newlands Cape Town. The Ironman workshop will be taking place on the 29th November and there will be guest speakers. Enterance is free, we have a charity (Ironman 4 Kidz) that guests can donate to if they please.
